In the northeast of Hungary, located the production area of the famous Tokaji. Tokaji Aszu may be the world\u2019s first official grading system for wine, that is 100 years earlier than the Bordeaux grading system. The historically recorded grading system appeared in 1772. For the first time, the Rakoczi family classified vineyards into the First Growth, the Second Growth, and the Third Growth. Vineyards are distinguished according to the topography, climate and historical quality of the land. This grading system is still in use today and is accepted by the majority of vignerons and drinkers.<\/p>\n

Tokaji Asz\u00fa is one of the best-known naturally sweet wines in the world. In 16th-century Tokaj, there were already specific descriptions about the production of sweet wines and those vineyards in the wine region most suitable for cultivating grapes to produce Asz\u00fa. Tokaj was the first wine region in the world to regulate the origin of its grapes and thus its wines. It could even be called the oldest system origin protection known today. Our ancestors made Asz\u00fa within a strict framework, striving to produce the best quality.<\/p>\n

It was born in the popular settlement of Tokaj, where careful attention patience and respect have brought this exceptional nectar to life. \u201c<\/p>\n

Made 100% naturally by biological fermentation of wines, preserving the characteristics of the original wines. Wines inherit health-enhancing elements, as well as delicate aromas and flavors, in vinegars. Made without additives: no substances added in Tokaj Wine Vinegars. True alchemy: the alcohol originally present in the wine is transformed into acetic acid, giving an intense character even a few drops, which casts the heritage of our wine into a strong yet playful form. Finally, matured in oak barrels, it regains the serenity of the material disturbed during alchemy.<\/p>\n
